The instant noodle production line is divided into fried instant noodle production line and non-fried instant noodle production line.

The fried instant noodle production line process includes salt water mixing and metering system, noodle mixing, ripening, pressing, steaming, frying, sorting, air cooling, conveying, and packaging. The only difference between the non-fried instant noodle production line and the fried noodle production line is that the non-fried noodles are steam-dried instead of fried, so the noodles do not contain oil.

The shape of instant noodles can be square or round, and the weight is determined by the customer's requirements. The whole set of equipment adopts automatic assembly line production, such as automatic cutting of noodle blocks, automatic folding, automatic frying box. The output ranges from 20,000 pieces to 300,000 pieces in 8 hours.
